Ingredient: White Calrose Rice

This is a much cheaper alternative, grown in California, to real Japanese rice. Some people are very particular about their rice and believe real Japanese rice is far better, and do not eat calrose rice. However, I find calrose rice very good, and also much more affordable. If you are not a rice snob, it is very recommended to use.
